I am sorry I did not make it to the evening at Jakov Sensei's house. I was stuck outside Jerusalem until very late. Unfortunately I have to leave to Cairo on very short notice for 6 months and have been running around to get everything finalized before leaving this Thursday.
It was a great experience, although short, to learn some Aikido and most of all to meet you all. I was impressed by your drive to share your learnings with others, including me. This is very noble and very qualifying. It makes you very special.
I will continue to do martial arts as a side project and hope to continue Bagua Zhang and if possible Aikido as well. I will come back probably in April next year to visit and really hope to visit the Dojo and see you all again.
Best of luck to Ingrid who I understand is leaving Israel. It was nice to meet you and all the others of course.

As of tomorrow we have officially began our summer/holiday vacation!!
I hope that you are well and your Ki is good!
We will meet tomorrow night at eight o'clock at Yaakov Sensei's house for our 'movie evening'. The address is 4 Hashishon Street in Malcha neighborhood, and we'll start watching at 8:30.
At 19:30 we will pick up those of you who will be at the dojo: please wait outside the complex, at the bus station going uphill, and after the evening is complete we will bring back those who need it back to their houses.
*Those of you who need a ride from the dojo (and back) - please let me know so we can prepare one or two cars. Text me or email me.
Unfortunately, I will not have a car tomorrow night, so I ask those of you who plan to arrive and have a car and can pick up (before the evening) and then take back participants (after the evening) to contact me!!
Public transportation is of course always an option.

אנו מתקרבים לסוף שנת האימונים הנוכחית, ובמהלך החגים הקרובים נצא לפגרת אימונים בת כארבעה שבועות, כפי שהיה בשנה שעברה. הפגרה תתחיל ביום שלישי (ערב-ערב רה"ש), 19.9 (לא יהיה שיעור באותו יום) ותסתיים ביום ראשון אחרי סוכות (15.10), אז נחזור להתאמן.
לפני כן, ביום ראשון 17.9, לא יתקיים שיעור בדוג'ו אלא נפגש בביתו של יעקב סנסיי לערב סרט. הערב יתחיל בסביבות השעה של השיעור וימשך קצת מאוחר יותר. ננצל את ההזדמנות הזו להיפרד מאינגריד סואז, שחוזרת לצרפת אחרי תקופה בארץ ואחרי אימונים עמו.
נארגן גם הסעות הלוך וחזור מהדוג'ו, כך שכולם יוכלו להגיע. אמסור פרטים נוספים בהמשך ובשיעורים.

Hello everyone,
I hope that this email finds you well, and you are enjoying your activities both on and off the mat!
We are approaching the end of the training year, and we'll soon break for our holiday vacation (which takes place around the time of the High Jewish Holidays). The break will begin on Tuesday, September 19 (19.9 – no class on that date), and training will resume on Sunday, October 15th.
Before that, however, we'll meet on Sunday, September 17 at Yakov Sensei's house for a "movie evening" (which movie, eat and enjoy!). The evening will start at around the time the class starts (but there won't be a class at the dojo), and will end later.
We'll also take this opportunity to say good-by to Ingrid Sauze, which is returning to France after she spent some time here and after training with us!!
There will be pick-ups and returns from the dojo to Yakov's house, so everyone can come and enjoy.
