שלושה דברים היום:

1. יוהנה מחלימה מהר! בימים האחרונים היא מתאוששת מהניתוח שלה בצורה טובה ומהירה, ואני מקווה שעוד כמה שבועות תכל לשוב לאימונים (בהדרגה!). יוהנה מוסרת ד"ש חמה לכולם

3. הרשמה: שנת האימונים שלנו נפתחה ברגל ימין: קי טוב של הוותיקים וגם מבקרים ונרשמים חדשים. אני מבקש להזכיר לכולם להגיע למשרדי מרכז לרנר ולהירשם שם: ולזכור לצלם עבורי את טופx ההרשמה המלא והחתום.

​Hello - shabbat shalom - everyone

Three notes this morning:

1. Yohana is recovering well from her surgery. In this pace, I believe that in a few weeks she will rejoin us. She is sending warm regards to all.

2. during the Hanukkah Holiday, 0n December 14-17, there will be an aikido seminar at Ze'ev's Dojo in the town of Hullon. Here's the FB link to the event and more info.: https://www.facebook.com/events/1165753673501668/

3. Registration: The new training year has begun very well for us: food Ki in behalf of the 'regulars', and newcomers as well. Please make sure to take care of your registration - fill in the form and give it at the registration desk. Please remember to bring the signed form, or a photo of it, back to me.
